Out of Boundary Request For Players Who NEVER Played At Safety Harbor Little League:  Please write a letter with the below information filled out and turn it into [email protected] . We will forward your request to District 12 for approval.  Please allow 2-3 weeks to process. 

This request requires the following:

• Player name
• Player birthdate
• Request from league (with board of directors approval) including reason for request.
• Player’s home address and school name
• Division of Play
• Request from parent/guardian
• Past participation with league (if applicable)
• Reason for Request

No longer do you have to provide the home league statement for a player. The Region will work with the home league to acquire the statement (if applicable).
